Here I introduce the reader with my attempts to master steady head (as I call it) which is a football joggling trick.
In this reflection I present the process of gradually approaching the splits I could once do when I was younger.
It’s my second reflection connected with PoMocna Piątka run. This time, however, I focus on the day of the run itself, rather than on preparing for it.
This is my first reflection ever! It’s about the process of preparing for PoMocna Piątka run, namely - what had been done before we could even start.
